Evaluation

ELUBSYS will develop a 0D model for the complete oil system which will enable a quantification of the results and benefits that will be achieved in (i) understanding the complex behaviours of oil, air and heat within lubrication systems and (ii) developing advanced new lubrication system components.

All the technologies elaborated during the project will be integrated into the 0D model to verify the global benefit of the proposed system modifications. The 0D model, as evaluation tool, will allow for verifying achievements against objectives. A first major evaluation milestone is set after the first half of the project to allow fine-tuning of the further developments according to the evaluation results as compared to the initial objectives. The second evaluation milestone will allow assessing the final achievement of the project objectives.
